First you need to have reliable internet connection to access the online training. A broadband connection is recommended for seamless viewing of course material, videos and other multimedia content.

A web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge. Ensure that your browser is up to date to have the best experience. 

Device

The training can be accessed from desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. You should choose a device that suits your preferences and has a screen size that allows you to comfortably view and interact with your course content. 

User Account

You will need your email address that you provided to the Elections team and a password.

Media Player: You will need a media player capable of playing the video format used in the course.
